As a physical therapist and dancer, Dr. Stephanie Irwin believes that healing and peak performance are best achieved by optimizing our body's fitness, mobility, strength, self awareness, nutrition, sleep, and mindset. She does this by combining health coaching with physical therapy for runners, dancers, active go-getters, and moms pre & postpartum. Dr. Stephanie owns a physical therapy practice in Westlake, hosts injury prevention workshops in the Seattle community, teaches other physical therapists advanced hands-on techniques around the country, and leads a local network of minority-owned small businesses.
In this 90-minute workshop, Dr. Stephanie will guide participants through foot and ankle stretches, strengthening exercises to improve ankle stability, and foot control and balance to improve your spins! Dancers of all styles are welcome. Please come ready to move in non-restrictive clothing!
